At NZ Glove Solutions, we strive to ensure you receive the perfect size for your needs. If you have ordered the wrong size from our website, you can return the item to us for an exchange. Please ensure that the item is in its sealed, original packaging and include a copy of the original invoice and the packing slip with your return.

It's important to note that we do not offer refunds. Additionally, the cost of freight to return the incorrect size and the cost of freight to send the correct size will be the responsibility of the customer. To facilitate a smooth exchange process, please notify NZ Glove Solutions and return the goods within 14 days of the supply date.
